• Account Credentials: Hashed password or Google Auth OAuth tokens.
• Technical Metadata: IP address, browser type, and interaction activity logs to maintain platform security.

We process candidate data strictly for placement operations and job matching. Our core operations include:

• Evaluating qualifications and matching candidate profiles with open job vacancies.
• Screening and interviewing candidates behind the scenes by HNM Groups backend specialists before recommending candidates to partner employers.
• Sending automated daily job match notifications, status alerts, and security verification OTPs.
